Shipping policy
The processing time for incoming orders is usually 24-48 hours. However, orders received by 4 p.m. at the latest are usually shipped the following day.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday by 2 p.m. at the latest will be shipped on the following Monday.
The above shipping times do not apply to public holidays etc.
For shipping costs within Germany we charge a shipping fee of €7.90 (separate tariff for German islands). Shipping takes approx. 2-3 working days

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 working days, for delivery to Europe within 3 - 5 working days and for all other countries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. You can pick up your goods from our warehouse by making an appointment.
DPD Express
We charge the following costs for express shipments with DPD:
Delivery on the next working day by 12 p.m.: 25.00 euros
Delivery on the next working day by 6 p.m.: 20.00 euros
Shipping via DPD Express is only possible as long as the order is received by us the day before by 11:00 a.m. at the latest
